Order Delivery Policy

This page explains how the booking is confirmed, how the service is provided and how the customer receives the documents and information related to the order.

1. How the service is delivered

The services offered through this website are private transport and tour services booked online and provided on the date and time selected by the customer in the booking form.

We do not deliver physical goods. Delivery of the service consists of booking confirmation, communication of the booking details and the actual performance of the booked transfer or tour.

2. Booking confirmation

After payment is completed, the booking is recorded in the system and validated according to the payment flow.

The customer receives the booking details and the related confirmation document by email.

3. Delivery of information to the customer

Booking confirmation and related documents are delivered electronically to the email address provided by the customer during checkout.

If the email cannot be found in the inbox, the customer should also check the Spam or Promotions folder.

4. Timing of service delivery

The booked service is provided on the date and time stated in the order, depending on the type of service and the details completed by the customer.

For airport transfers, the pickup time may be adjusted based on flight details where applicable.

5. Special situations

If changes occur regarding availability, pickup time or other operational details, we will do our best to contact the customer in time using the contact details provided.

If the booking cannot be fulfilled for reasons attributable to us, we will try to offer an alternative solution or, where appropriate, a refund.
