2. Services

We provide airport transfers in Bucharest, transfers to Therme Bucharest, private tours and day trips.

All services are private and require prior booking.

3. Bookings

Bookings are made online by completing the form and making the payment.

After payment, you will receive a booking confirmation by email.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are displayed before payment and include no hidden costs.

Payments are processed securely through NETOPIA.

5. Cancellation policy

Each request is handled depending on the booking details and timing.

Any refund or rescheduling is reviewed after checking the reservation details.

6. Delays and unforeseen situations

For airport transfers, we monitor flights and adjust pickup times accordingly.

We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather or other external factors beyond our control.

7. Customer responsibility

The customer is responsible for:

  • providing correct information
  • being available at pickup time
  • appropriate behavior during the trip

8. Luggage and personal belongings

The customer is responsible for all luggage and personal belongings carried during the service.

Please check the vehicle at the end of the trip. We are not liable for forgotten or lost items except within reasonable limits after notification.

9. Liability

We are not liable for:

  • indirect losses
  • delays caused by external factors
  • force majeure situations

10. Refusal of service

We reserve the right to refuse or interrupt the service in case of abusive, dangerous or illegal behavior by the customer or passengers.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law.

Any dispute will first be addressed amicably and, if unresolved, by the competent courts in Romania.

Consumers may also seek alternative dispute resolution through the mechanisms made available by ANPC, where applicable.
